Fulfillment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized coaching experiences to help you heal your hormones, support your gut, and step into the most radiant version of yourself. Please read this Fulfillment Policy carefully before purchasing any services or programs.

Services Fulfillment

When you enroll in a 1:1 coaching container or group program with Wellness by Veda, LLC, you gain access to customized wellness support including—but not limited to—educational resources, lab testing (where applicable), protocol development, client messaging, and coaching calls. All services are fulfilled through the Practice Better platform, where you will receive access to resources, communication, and scheduling tools.

You are responsible for scheduling and attending your coaching sessions during the time frame outlined in your package. Calls not scheduled before your program ends will be forfeited, with no extensions or refunds.

Payments & Commitment

All services, whether paid in full or via a payment plan, require a minimum 6-month commitment unless otherwise specified. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full payment regardless of participation level or early withdrawal.

Additional lab testing (if required beyond your program package) is billed separately and will be discussed transparently before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

All coaching services and programs are non-cancellable once purchased. This policy ensures commitment to the healing process and maintains the integrity of the container. If you enroll using a payment plan, you are still obligated to pay the full amount over the agreed-upon term.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services and digital/informational materials shared, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Missed or unused coaching sessions
  • Early withdrawal from programs
  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of implementation or results

Your progress is dependent on your personal responsibility, consistency, and active participation. No results can be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued due to unmet
expectations.

Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 Clients)

Calls must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance using the Practice Better calendar link or by contacting Veda directly.

  • Emergency exceptions: Calls may be rescheduled within 24 hours for true emergencies only.
  • Missed or no-show calls are not refundable.
  • Video calls can be converted to voice calls with prior notice.

 

Client Support & Communication

All communication must be done through the Practice Better platform. Direct messages via Instagram or other platforms will not be responded to regarding program questions.

  • Support hours: Monday through Thursday, 9am–5pm EST
  • Veda is not available Fridays through Sundays.
  • Emergency questions must be sent through Practice Better by 5:00pm EST Thursday to receive a response before the weekend.

If you require additional support beyond your current package, you may be invited to upgrade.

Disclaimer

By purchasing and participating in services offered by Wellness by Veda, LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • Veda Leclerc is a Functional Practitioner, not a licensed medical doctor.
  • Services provided do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
  • You agree to consult your physician for any medical concerns.
  • You have disclosed all relevant medical information truthfully and completely.
  • You release Veda Leclerc of all liability and will not pursue legal action under any circumstance.

 

Agreement

By purchasing a service or submitting your intake form, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Fulfillment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
